Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland will be held on:

- Venue: CF House, 24 Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, D06A9P3

Appointing a Proxy
Members entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote on their behalf. A proxy form is available here and must be completed by Tuesday the 15th of July 2025 at 5pm.
Electronic participation in the meeting will be facilitated by way of the Zoom platform. Details of how to register for and access the meeting electronically are set out in this notice.
- You must register to attend by 5pm on Wednesday the 16th of July 2025
- Those joining online will be able to ask questions and vote
In accepting this notice and attending this meeting via the technological means provided, you agree with the Company that you will not allow any person who is not a member of the Company or a duly appointed proxy (or who is otherwise authorised by the Board to be in the meeting) to attend or view the meeting.
