On Friday 4th December, we are encouraging as many schools, offices, workplaces, and anyone working remotely to support Christmas Jumper Day 4 CF.

To take part follow these simple steps!

1. Ask your staff or colleagues to support Christmas Jumper Day 4 CF on Friday 4th December!

Encourage everyone to wear their most festive Christmas Jumper to school, work or on Zoom!

2. Ask everyone to donate to Cystic Fibrosis Ireland!

If you have a colleague not wearing a Christmas Jumper, they'll have to make a Bah Humbug donation of €10. Ask your company if they are willing to match the money raised.

3. On the day make sure to take loads of photos or ask your colleagues to take selfies and send them to you so you can make a collage if working remotely!

Share them on Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #CJD4CF2026 and tag us (@cf_ireland), or simply email them to us at fundraising@cfireland.ie so that we can share your fun with everyone else.

4. After the event you can

• Donate online at www.cfireland.ie
