Fundraising Standards

Cystic Fibrosis Ireland is fully committed to achieving the standards contained in the ‘Guidelines for Charitable Organisations on Fundraising from the Public’, which is published by the Charity Regulator.

As a member of Charities Institute Ireland, we subscribe to their Triple Lock which means we are compliant with best practice in ethical fundraising.

The purpose of these guidelines is to:

  • Improve fundraising practice
  • Promote high levels of accountability and transparency by organisations fundraising from the public
  • Provide clarity and assurances to donors and perspective donors about organisations they support
