CFI are conducting a 'Cost of Living Survey' to get a deeper understanding of the cost challenges that living with CF brings. If you are an adult with Cystic Fibrosis or a guardian/parent/carer of someone under 18 years with Cystic Fibrosis, we invite you to complete this survey and share your experience with us. 

Your feedback is important to us and we very much appreciate your help with this survey. When all responses have been collated, we will analyse the findings to shape our strategy, services and advocacy. 

The survey is anonymous and your data will be used for the purposes of this report only.

Every completed survey submitted by a member will be entered into a prize draw for one of two prizes.
