Thank you all for your feedback to our survey regarding our exercise grant.

We received some great information regarding how you feel we should be offering this grant out in 2025. It is really important to us that your voice is considered regarding any change that is made to this grant.

It remains our most popular and most requested grant of 2024. Understanding who you feel should be awarded the grant and how you feel the grant should be awarded are two of the key areas that we will be addressing in the coming weeks. We have reviewed the suggested changes and a proposal is currently with the Board for review.

This means that the grant will not be available in January and once we have Board approval, we will inform you of the new format.
