We are pleased to let you know that Cystic Fibrosis Ireland has been announced as one of 4 global winners of an international CF patient groups awards scheme. The STRIVE Awards Program recognises excellence and innovation in the Cystic Fibrosis community.
The four winners were announced today as:
- Cystic Fibrosis Ireland
- CF Trust (UK)
- The Swedish CF Association
- The Italian CF Association
The STRIVE awards scheme is sponsored by industry – PTC, which is a global pharmaceutical company
Philip Watt CEO of CFI said "The €15,000 award to CF Ireland will be used to develop an innovative patient exercise scheme which encourages people with CF to develop their own tailored fitness programmes with the support of equipment and professional advice".
