CFI understands that the HSE/National Clinical Programme for CF is to provide additional guidance on returning to school and this will be available shortly. This follows on from the general returning to school guidance provided by the Department of Education on the 27th of July that was featured as part of our recent joint webinar (CFI/Asthma Society/Lung Fibrosis Association) and which is now available as a podcast on the CFI website.

CFI acknowledges this is an anxious time for parents and students and we will continue to update you on further developments as and when we receive them.

PPE Grant Application from CFI to close 22 August 

To date, CFI has had an excellent response to the PPE grant of €100 per person with CF. 

Just to remind you (if you have not already applied) the grant of €100 for PPE equipment will close on August 22, 2020. People with Cystic Fibrosis or their guardians wishing to apply can do so online here.
