CF Consultant and CF Dietitian for the Mater Hospital Post Transplant Programme 

Thanks to an agreement between Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and the Mater Hospital (MMUH), CFI welcomes the recent confirmation that the Mater Hospital will now proceed to recruit a CF Consultant and a CF Dietitian to enhance post-transplant CF care in MMUH. 

Adequate resources for post-transplant CF care has been a key priority for CFI in recent years and this development marks a very significant advance in realising this ambition. The decision by MMUH to recruit these posts has been warmly welcomed by the CEO, Chairperson and Board of CFI.

This development has been made possible through a substantial donation to MMUH from Cystic Fibrosis Ireland.
