Mental Health Supports

Are you feeling stressed or anxious? Unsure where to turn for help?

Face-to-face mental health services are limited at the moment because of the COVID-19 pandemic, however a number of HSE and charity organisations are providing online, text message and telephone services.

The HSE has put together a handy list of available resources which you can find here

On this page you will find links to:

  • Mobile Apps to support your mental wellbeing
  • Specific supports for younger people, and parents/guardians
  • Specific supports for older people

Cystic Fibrosis Ireland also offer a counselling referral service for people with CF who wish to speak with a professional. Funding is available for up to 8 sessions which are completed online or via telephone.
