Wellbeing Supports NEW2

Looking after your mental health and wellbeing is very important when dealing with everyday challenges. Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act. It also influences how we cope, build relationships, and make decisions. It is important at every stage of life, from childhood through to adulthood.

CFI offers financial support for people who would like to access counselling services. You can choose a counsellor yourself, or we can help you find one that suits your needs.

We support both individuals and families. This includes play and art therapy for younger children, as well as support for siblings who may not have CF but could benefit from talking to a professional.

If you would like support, please reach out to a member of the team (see advocacy document), or contact us at memberservices@cfireland.ie. Our services desk is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, and a team member will be happy to help.

You may also be able to access additional supports through our signposted services programme (see information below).
