The CF physiotherapy team in St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin have developed a YouTube channel to help guide people attending their centre through home based exercise.

With periods of cocooning and gym closures etc during the Covid 19 pandemic, keeping fit and active has been a big challenge for some.

Developed by Ronan Buckley, Senior Physiotherapist, SVUH and the physiotherapy team that work in cystic fibrosis, the first three videos have been made in conjunction with the UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science and UCD School of Medicine.
